Our host was kind and responsive; we had a problem with the room, and he changed it without any issue. The location is very good, and there's a lift, which is helpful when you have heavy luggage. On the day you check out, you can leave your bags in the lobby without any problem. Our room was nice and comfy.

the receptionists were super friendly and welcoming! the property was also in such a lovely area, close to bus stops and stations, as well as many areas to dine! very spacious compared to other hotels, and elevator was always working conveniently!

The person checking me in was super nice! Unfortunately I didn't get his name but he had a very cute dog! The location was great. Bang in the centre of Busan and close to lots of places to eat and drink. The room was also comfortable and clean.
